Hi Matthias,
Great to hear, I'll go forward with applying the patch provided by
Marius to the trunk which is now 1.2.14-SNAPSHOT. Marius will look
into what it takes to get the new skin applyied to the Trinidad 2.0.
We'll come back about that after all the stuff for 1.2.x is done.
Once the new
Hello guys,
i followed up on gene...@incubator.a.o and we don't need a software
grant for that.
Marius and Adonis have already submitted the ICLAs and we are good to go from
that point of (legal) view.
Now, how to continue.
I think we want to have a release (1.2.13) before we add the new skin.
Ok, let's make then the Casablanca skin the default one; I will ask
Adonis to prepare a zip with the Casablanca files and open the
corresponding JIRA ticket for the donation. Do you know if there is
any paper work to be done for him?

Hi Jeanne,
Thanks for the information, the thing is the custom resource loader is
able to locate resource files in custom location, but the main entry
point it is still the resource servlet, which intercepts the request
to a /adf/* and then delegates to various resource loader to actually

Rather than having the casablanca skin as a separate jar file, I would
prefer to see it built-into the Trinidad jars (part of the impl project) so
consumers could use it out-of-the-box without any extra jar configuration.

Hi,
Was wondering if it would be possible to package a skin in its own jar file,
so that we wouldn't need to package the skin witht the actual webapp that
uses it, so that we could start having separate modules for skins? it would
make sense for the new Casablanca skin IMHO. What do you think?
Thank you very much, excellent job!
