jsf.js: improvement in the error reporting

We can improve on the error reporting, first there were some error messages not
fully localized secondly
we still have relatively unformatted error reporting strings. We can improve on
both of that.
Third the entire error handlers are currently hooked on transport we should
move them over both to impl and to the ajax
request directly, depending on where it makes sense mostly.
