Make ExcelExport work for suffixes other than *.jsf, for example when using
*.faces or *.xhtml
Hi,
I have two minor changes made to the Excelexport to make it work with
facelets (or more exacly to work with other suffixes as .jsf) and to
avoid hints in new Excel-Versions if you have Numbers in Text-Cells.
This is my first try to contribute, I hope everything is okay. Don't

I was thrilled to find the excelExport component, as I have a business need
to export a datatable to excel. And on the whole, it works great! Thank
you!
However, I have found two areas where the behavior is unexpected, perhaps
bugs?
1) If the dataTable has sortable=true, then none
