According to the documentation[1], ApplicationImpl should have a method
called addConverterConfiguration(), however this was removed in 1.2.10.
This can be verified by looking at the source in 1.2.9[2] as compared to
1.2.10[3].

This was changed to use RuntimeConfig instead, see

Please note that since ApplicationImpl is an internal MyFaces class, changes
like this one may occur anytime.
