You are active in Thailand, what kind of motivation for Asian OOo regicon?

I'm acting in JA, our motivation is mainly CJK common issue.
What is same as CJK regicon, or What is different in motivation?

Recently, ISO SC34 and ePub standardization members of CJK are
talking about Layout issue proposal strategy.
