We are also facing issues in NB installer as it uses pack200 . Yet to
start work on the below bug.

Once we decide on alternative tool for packing/unpacking we will post

just to let you know a dirty workaround. Just copy un/pack200 binaries
from an older JDK like 11LTS to JDK14. It works on my Win10! :-)

removed in JDK 14. If you attempt to install a plugin such as @Junci excellent
Rainbow Braces it will fail to install because unpack200 is missing. Same is
true of the NetBeans Statusline Clock.
