I've run into a problem that gets a CasualDiff error, https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-4299, and mangles the source file. It's easily reproduced and a regression from 11.3. I've never worked with this file; any hints/guidance. -ernie

FWIW I use the *Save files on focus lost* feature of http://hg.netbeans.org/main/contrib/file/tip/autosave and have had this mode on in NetBeans (and similarly for Emacs, etc.) for a long time. (I do not use NB’s built-in terminal.) I cannot recall a single time where this saved a file and caused

Hi everybody, I'm a bit concerned about the current build quality of NetBeans master branch and PRs done in the past. I have the feeling we're facing many broken PR builds over the last time causing/risking master to get unstable especially in the current process of building a LTS release.
