Hope everyone is keeping safe and healthy.
I've succeeded again building from source with jdk11 and everything
seems fine except JShell. It doesn't initialize when running NetBeans on
jdk11 or jdk15. Is it supposed to?

Try with nb-javac, if possible, use “permits” keyword, see what happens.
