I have built Netbeans from source form. Then I copy the nbbuild/netbeans
directory to an install location. From there, I'm attempting to start it
but getting an error message.

I've been looking at updating our release readme page on the wiki as
some info is missing or outdated compared to what we're currently
doing. Added the following section on branching and rc builds, which
overlaps a little bit with other sections. Thought it might be worth
posting here too,

A maven staging repository is available on the following url
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachenetbeans-1104/
with RELEASE140 version based on the same 14 rc1 artefacts
