Bad links in javadoc

I recall that someone had a doclet patch/PR to fix NetBeans javadoc, at least a few months ago I think. Was it ever integrated? Could it be? At https://bits.netbeans.org/dev/javadoc/org-openide-text/overview-summary.html if I click on .../org/openide/text/doc-files/api.html
