Call it "NetBeans Website" and describe in complete detail how to get hold of the sources of the Apache NetBeans website. A use case, for me, at least, would be I see a broken link and I want to fix it. I'd like to have the sources of the website, find the broken link, fix it, and push it live. Right now I have no idea how to do that and instead of asking you would love to be able to do it myself.
