Well, this particular issue NETBEANS-1349 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-1349) is just for finding the old (I guess 8.2 binaries). Though in the source there are several reference for the old site (mostly WIKI pages) which really needs to be addressed. Created NETBEANS-1568
