Why are free services like the following not enabled on the GitHub repository? I find they greatly useful.
- Codecov <https://codecov.io/> - Travis CI <http://travis-ci.org/> and/or Appveyor <http://appveyor.com/> - CodeReviewHub <https://www.codereviewhub.com/> I use them in most of my open source projects and I'm very used to them. Specially Code Review Hub I believe would be great to have code reviews as part of the process and as criteria to accept a PR.
