installing nutch on windows 7 cygpath cant convert empty path

I am trying to install nutch on windows 7 on my local machine. When i try to install nutch 1.6 i get the error in cygwin as shown in the image An when i try to install nutch 2.1 i get the error in cygwin as shown in the image
