Patch Inclusion for ODE 1.3.5 Requested (ODE-901)

Please review patch attached to ODE-901, which fixes ODE process deployment and a variety of other lifecycle issues when using ODE with Servicemix 4/OSGi. Requesting that this code be put into 1.3.5 if possible, for consumption/inclusion by the servicemix project, which bundles ODE 1.3.4. Tha
