there a issues which I think should be fixed before an 18.12 release,
for example the JCenter migration problem [1] or the DiskFileItem topic [2].
There are many more bugs also which I didn't check.

I finished to review all task identify as available to merge before
release the 18.12.
>From my part test integration suite is ok with plugin, so I think we are
ready to start the publish process :)
