(as a reminder - again) that use of anything but the latest release is not
advised. And that existing users are invited/urged to migrate/upgrade.
Why forgo on such opportunities to communicate to the outside
The publish process is now complete.
I am not going to send an announcement for this release since we are
publishing it just to have it in our archives for the few that may
want to use it after our announcement of the EOL of the 17.12. branch.
