Following steps i have done and i got the wrong result.
1. I created a finished good with four raw materials.
2. And then i created a BOM for those. Filled fields like sequence No,Quantity
and routing task.
3.I have created a routing and i have associated all the routing task and also
product routing link as finished good.
4.Ran MRP and it created requirement finished good as a internal requirement.
and raw materials as product requirement.
5. then i approved everything and i received raw materials in inventory.
6. i opened jobshop system created production for me from approved internal
requirement.
Here the problem for me.
Only induced production run working correctly.
1. if i create production run for the same product and same routing it is
assigning DEFAULT ROUTING TASK.
QUESTIONS ??
1. Why it is taking default routing task will it satisfy my business
requirement ??
2. if i am doing some thing in while i am creating BOM or routing. System
should stop there itself and system should guide me in right way to do it. But
you are programmed like if i am wrong at some point it will assign default
routing .... is there a right way ?? i don't think so..
Please give me a reply for this issue. Or else guide me where i was wrong.
