Hi Kiran,
I didn't got exactly what is the issue. Please provide steps to reproduce.
But on the edit contact mech page
(https://localhost:8443/ecommerce/control/editcontactmech?contactMechId=10001)
coming from profile page, there is one js error in the firebug.
Attached patch will fix the issue.
