All application menu items should be invisible when not logged in

All application menu options that are not available to the user should be
hidden.
So, when a user is not logged in, generally ALL menu items should be hidden (as
happen with Manufacturing application)
At the moment the following application menu items are hidden when the user is
not logged in:
Accounting: Transactions
Manufacturing: All items
Orders: Requests, Quotes, Order list, Find orders, Order entry, Returns,
Requirements, Order tasks
Pary: Create, Linkparty, Security
Project: Resources, Timesheet, Skilltime, Requestlist
