This is related to OFBIZ-3749 where it was noted that it would be nice to have
an overload of the methods in UtilProperties related to getMessage so that the
caller can pass in a default message to be returned in the key is not found.
The default will remain returning the name of the key; but other callers (such
as OFBIZ-3749) that want to do special logic on a missing key can handle this
nicely. Since there is no real issue with OFBIZ-3749 this ticket is marked as
trivial; we can fix on a best efforts basis.
