cancelling an order still add an item on promotioin

I created an order which added some promotion items on the order. But when I
try to cancel the item purchased one of the promotion items is canceled but the
other item is still added.
the main item code in question is WG-9943-B4 - Giant Widget B4.
The promotion item which automatically gets created is WG-1111 - Micro Chrome
Widget. This is on the demo seed data provided with ofbiz.
Did anyone else receive the same error.
