patch is in trunk at r785764 and r785766 for R9.04.
There is stilla discussion about having a link in the header or not, but at
least this solution work for now. If someone wants to do it better, fell

I'd prefer to see the bug fixed instead of changing the functionality.
The bug I'm referring to is that there is no login link in webtools.
