Currently in trunk (and R11.04) we have still a rendering of call_cal in HtmlFormRenderer. But there are no longer any call_cal js
function. Is it not time to not only deprecate but remove the old rendering system? If it's still needed, then we should at least
update HtmlFormRenderer
If it doens't add value to any function, deprecate it. As R11.04 is slated
for May 15th, it is just in time for that release too.
