AWS EC2 and S3 storage as backup. Hence thought tools/aws under OFBiz root would
also be an apt place. If someone customises them then they can take it under
hot-deploy.
If I am not wrong, it's about keeping these in repository along with
project for which these backup scripts are prepared.
If yes, then IMO can be kept in your hot-deploy project under directory as
mentioned i.e. tools/aws.

Intent is to start something like a backup tool-set for ofbiz
