[OpenLayers-Dev] Add a map layer to OpenLayers

Hello, I work in a project that we want to add our map layer to OpenLayer´s project. Our layer works invoking web services(to get map, to resize, etc.). The project is begining, so, if somebody who had the same problem could help us with documentation, examples, etc. we willl be very thankfull.
