I was able to build using Win7 x64 VM and Win10TP VM.
Not sure what is wrong with your build :(

we are currently preparing 3.0.4 release (performing final tests) I would
recommend to install this new version
In case you still need 2.0, you need to modify build scripts or ask for
commercial support
