I think our ideas are not so far apart. Your argument around not using npm/yarn and other JS tools is bit funny :) It sounds like arguing that using Java without Maven/Ant/Gradle is a good idea cause "I could also write my own script doing that just fine" :):) With "draggable/droppable/resizable"

We are using some tricks like -pl modules builds. However it is still a bit of a waiting game. And hard to understand for anybody new and would-like-to-be contributor. I think its good we removed some of the unused references to red5-libs. But are there more things we can do to speed up build tim
