Hi all The issue can be tested with any version of Windows irregardless of bitness of the OS. The issue is with the version of msvcr100.dll. The 64bit version of the dll was inadvertently bundled with the 4.1.3 release thereby not allowing AOO version 4.1.3 to recognize a valid 32 bit JRE. To
