CWiki: scheduled maintenance on Sunday

CWiki will be unavailable, due to a planned upgrade by the Apache 
Infrastructure Team, on Sunday 21st September. The outage will last a 
few hours.

By CWiki I obviously mean 
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/ but the entire 
Confluence application will be offline.
