Hello dev,
Some users on french forum warns on a possible issue on Mac only.
1) Create an ODB and connect to a ODS document
2) Notice that you can open the table
3) Save and close the ODB
4) Reopen > Crash
Could you confirm or not?

I can not answer, MacStadium has only the 4.1.12

AOO is not a common version for all users?
When I run, it was in german.
So I had to install french language package.

Test on Catalina 10.15 (with MacStadium station)
But other french users are same issue with Monterey 12.4
