It look like that is a bug in Polish version menu shortcut. In "Wstaw" there are three positions with shortcut "s". First is "Sekcja" second is "Stopka" and third is "Przypis". Problem is that under "Stopka" is a submenu which prohibit to go to third one by presing s again. So it is probably better to change shortcut to "Przypis" for dot "." as in English version to have possibility to work easely.
