eis.services.openoffice.org is back online again.
A robots.txt file with a rule to disallow web crawlers to browse the
site has been installed and user guest can no longer resend feature and
api changes mails. This should prevent that an error that a webcrawler
tries to resend all our feature and api changes mails ever occurs again.
