[dev] building prolbem in "instsetoo_native" of OOE680_m6 with Cygwin

Hi, I have a problem in building "instsetoo_native" (OOE680_m6) with cygwin on Windows XP. There is no error until building "basctl", and then errors come out frequently, so I have to manually modify the files generated in "\..\wntmsci11.pro\" ,then kept on building the following modules one by
