I'm using Osmosis to update my planet db, and I got a: org.openstreetmap.osmosis.core.OsmosisRuntimeException: Unable to update user with id 114479 in the database. ... Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "users_display_name_idx"
