In my OpenLayers application application, the user will have the option of
using many types of basemaps: google, bing, yahoo, OSM, plus some custom types.
I see that in the terms of usage for google, bing, and yahoo, it says that
geocoding results must be used with the corresponding map (e.g.,

I also wanted to generate tiles using the MapQuest open style .xml files (the

I believe I have all the .inc.template files

I am not clear if I am allowed to scrape and cache tiles using URLs of the form

Am I allowed to scrape (and cache, and serve) as many of those as I want as
long as I don't request
