Dear Dirk,
it seems like the WMS-Plugins doesn't wait long enough to get tiles
from slow WMS-servers.
Since many WMS-servers need a lot of time to transform images to
WGS84, the timeout should be higher.
Is there a "hidden" setting or tweak?

I've downloaded latest ewms-plugin within JOSM and unpacked
the webkit-binary to C:\windows\ (it's bad, I know).
