highlighted the dev list more prominently as the place for all important
discussions.

I haven't found it, not sure if it happened. Slack is mentioned at
Ask Infra I know one of the Infra folks created a tool to get Github stats
across all apache repos and I think also includes company affiliation.
So the dashboard might be there and it might be a matter to filter to openwhisk
repos.
