The draft looks good to me. Thank you for suggesting that. Specifically, +1 for releasing 1.7.8 and 1.8.2 this month. I'd like to volunteer for 1.8.2 release manager first and start to prepare it now because it could be a part of Apache Spark 3.4.0 whose feature freeze is planned on January 16th
