If you can not update OTRS, you have two options:
- Disable the Rich Text editor in the SysConfig
- Don't use IE10

I've just edited the AgentTicketPhone.dtl but I can't save it... I guess its
because the OTRS process are running (just a guess hehe). The file appears with
a big lock on it.
