I was trying to build a new Ozone cluster using the 1.4.0-rc1, but found this
issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-10137
Any help would be appreciated.

1. Build from source code.
2. Setup a test environment, create a bucket via s3 gateway, and upload and
download files.
