I was wondering whether we want to have a base for converting mod_perl
core pods into other formats (ps,pdf,html,xml?), just like we have for the
guide.

This is a little scary for me, but I can get mod_perl to work
using the ports tree, but not out of the box. Because I've found a
work around, I'm not going to poke at this any more. <:~) If someone
has questions or wants to continue looking at it, please let me know.
