Apache HBase & Apache phoenix Environment Settings issue

 I've tried to install Apache Phoenix on top of HBase in the cloud-era
stand-box i'm getting the below error. while running the ./sqlline.py

 localhost i'm getting the below error

Note: i'm able to run the HBase separately

can anyone pls help me out on this, Thanks in advance!
