I have made a bunch of changes to improve the generation, especially when
security is selected.
There is still a lot to do, but if it is not included in this release, then
I think we are good to go (unless I missed something for the RAT or
something).

I did not try locally. CI builds failed.
Some Rat error and the stacktrace test on Java 9 iirc.
