throws a connection loss exception. But the operation may fail after the
retry.

When releasing 2.7.1 DEB and RPMs packages I upload them as a tarball
and that will make some user can not download them properly. So I want to
decompress them and reupload it to solve that problem.

Currently `MaxMessageSize` is hardcoded in Pulsar and it can’t be modified
in server configuration. So there is no way when user want to modify the
limit to transfer larger size message.
