Hi,
It seems the classes in the package org.apache.qpid.util.concurrent in
the common module aren't used anymore. The Condition class is used in
two tests and can be replaced by a CountDownLatch (QPID-2508). I don't
know if the other classes could still be useful, otherwise the package
could probably be removed.
