Qa refactor appears to have stabilised.
There remains at least two issues:
ClassDep output is truncated on occassions.
ServiceDiscoveryManager appears to have some sort of data race the presents as
incorrect numbers of events received.
These issues don't look like they're significant enough to

Embarrassingly, after I dropped out of the River PMC, I forgot my Apache
LDAP password. Does anyone know how to get it reset? I may have the same
problem for SVN, but once I have LDAP access I'll have PMC Chair powers

Actually all the passwords were reset a few months ago, because of a security
breach. Visit https://id.apache.org/ to reset yours so you can use it.
