The Apache Fluo (incubating) team has noticed that we could really benefit
from some growth. Since I know Rya is making use of Fluo, I'd thought I'd
explicitly send out an invitation to the Rya developer community.

If you want the code under AL just shout and I'll redo packing and headers.
I can contribute and change the code - its covered by various CCLAs I
have on file; that includes moving copyright statements.

I did a bit of research into other Apache projects and it seems like this
is fine if we keep
