I wanted to start a discussion about the next release of Rya. We had one
release as part of ASF in October. It would be good to have more frequent
releases, so we can learn how to do releases, as a step towards graduation
from the Incubator.

My only comment is to be a bit more concrete on the number of
contributions you have received from non-committers (e.g. how many
unique contributors and number of contributions total). This helps to
show what the pipeline on your community-building looks like.
