What is the protocol to work on an issue ? Do I claim it first ? How do we
make sure multiple people are starting on the same one ?

Hi guys,
I am having problem building and setting the ground running for the samza.
I get this error when I try to build the project
$./gradlew clean build
FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.
